New Media Promotion Specialist
Position Function:
- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of enterprise publicity platforms (public number, microblog, Zhihu, post bar, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili), social platforms (WeChat, Headline, Shake) and enterprise business platforms, to improve the attention and user activity, including content planning, creation, editing, publishing, maintenance, management, interaction;
- Combine business and social hotspots, plan and promote related topics, use social new media communication methods for social marketing, obtain user resources for the project and create word of mouth;
- Understand user needs, collect user feedback, analyze user behavior, and adjust the self-media platform content construction according to the needs; guide and respond to the user's daily interaction, development and maintenance of fan groups;
- Analyze competitor’s communication plan, give rationalization suggestions, responsible for new products, new functions of the new media R & D strategy, strategic promotion, operation strategy development and implementation;
- According to the development of self-media platform, planning and organizing promotional activities, mining and analysis of user habits, emotions and experience, and do special planning, editing and production;
- Using professional new media operation data analysis tools, analyze user social media operation indexes, formulate and implement clear user interaction strategies, convert potential customers through continuous interaction, and enhance word-of-mouth;
- Track the promotion effect, analyze the data and feedback, summarize the experience, put forward the solution, establish effective operation means, enhance user activity, increase the number of users, improve the conversion, and enhance the brand communication;
Tenure Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant experience;
- Attention to the overall market structure, attention to customer needs, understanding of the characteristics of the mainstream search engines, familiar with website optimization and promotion methods;
- Knowledge of major CMS and ability to read and understand basic programming language code;
- Analyze the structure and layout of the website, the structure of the main page, the structure of the sub-page, and the related links to carry out in-depth analysis, and have a study of the user's psychology;
- Familiar with online marketing and offline marketing activities, the ability to closely integrate online capabilities and offline resources, and the network and offline resources to optimize each other to produce new content;
- Sharp thinking and innovative ability, strong learning ability expansion ability and coordination ability; Salary range: 10K~15K *12 months
